This Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy applies to all digital products and consultancy services provided by Boardify ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing our products or services, you agree to this policy and accept its terms. Digital Products

 

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer returns or refunds for these items once they have been delivered or accessed. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund is necessary. We will review your refund request and, if we determine that a refund is warranted, we will process the refund within 14 days of our decision. We reserve the right to grant or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

 

Consultancy Services

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your consultancy service contract with us at any time, subject to the following conditions:

 

If you cancel your contract before any services have been provided, you will not be charged.

If you cancel your contract after services have been provided but before the completion of the project, you will be charged a pro-rata fee based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our consultancy services, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the completion of the project, providing a detailed explanation of your concerns. We will review your refund request and, if we determine that a refund is warranted, we will process the refund within 14 days of our decision.
